Defrosting the freezer

Pheww...finally we're done. Mum and I were busy cleaning the freezer. We were defrosting it and since it has many ice, it took almost 2 hours to finished cleaning the freezer. We waited until all the ice melt. So while waiting, we did some clean up for the other stuff also in the fridge. It's a busy day, so glad I can sit now on my chair and can start my blogging. Wrong timing

It was months ago that hubby and I spent a nice family vacation in Philippines. We visited some well-known tourist spots in the city and took many pictures together. But the family never got a chance to have their own copies due to time shortage. So we went back to NL without giving them copies. And now hubby and I were busy making copies of some pictures, then we can send it to the family. They are aware already that we send the pictures, so they are excited to have it already. Since we have a nice photo copier at home, we decide to print the pictures. So far, we are busy printing already, but we just stop because we have ink shortage. So hubby directly order a genuine ink cartridges to replace the old one, then we can continue the printing as soon we get the new ink.

T-shirt for my niece

My niece is now growing up and she has her own taste in fashion. So far, I notice from her that she is more interested in wearing t-shirt than blouses. I was a bit upset that the package that I sent from Philippines to NL was a bit broken. There's a small hole in my box and luckily when I'm back home, as I check, my stuff are still there. I thought someone tried to get some stuff in my package. But anyway, while waiting for package at the post office. I saw a box that has a custom printed tape. So useful when people use that kind of tape. It's custom made, so you can print the name you want or the company name.

It was five months ago that I attend a children's party from the daughter of my classmate. It was fun to see that all the kids especially the birthday celebrant was having a wonderful time together. They did some fun games that even the adults can't stop laughing while watching those little ones playing. Aside from the games, the kids also enjoyed the childrens entertainers that my classmate hired. They dance and do some simple magic tricks. The kids loved it so much. They went home with a big smile, a proof that the party was a big success.

Cleaning up our stuff

It was two weeks ago that hubby and I did our operation cleaning here in our room. Too much stuff that we think it makes our room overloaded with some useful stuff and not useful things. Upon cleaning up, we came across some of our old pictures. It's nice to see the old pictures sometimes, reminiscing the past and remembering those happy times that we knew each other.

Anyway, we take a looked also our wedding pictures and still it makes us happy to remember the time we got married. Indeed, such happy times for both of us. I'm not really into cars compare to my husband. At early age, hubby started driving a car from his dad until time came that he finally got his own car. But because he often shares to me about those cars, it's like I got some information from him too. So now I know a little bit about cars and guess what I know how to drive too, not that good, but I can drive a bit haaa.

Upcoming 18th bday

My pretty cousin will be celebrating her 18th birthday two months from now. Even though the celebration still takes two months, but they are now busy preparing for the things they need. This 18th birthday is a special day for all ladies because it's our debut celebration. So even though not everyone can prepare a nice celebration in their 18th birthday, but my cousin has luck because her parents really want to have a birthday party for her. She was so happy and at the same time excited. In fact, she has few gowns to choose already, but no final decision yet which one she will wear during the party. Her parents finally book a hotel venue for the party and hired a party coordinator to arrange everything. With all the preparations, I can really feel that this party is truly a special gift from her parents.

Anyway, at this moment, they are busy searching for a nice birthday invitation that would fit for the theme that they want. Luckily they came across this luau invitation wording, it's a perfect timing because the birthday theme they wanted to use in the invitation is available to them.

Inside the package

This early morning, hubby called me with full of excitement in his voice. Hearing his voice makes me curious too and already thinking ahead what surprised words that will came out in his mouth. And as he started talking to me, he told me that he got a package. Apparently, that package was from my parents-in-law, but when they open the box, it's mostly for kids. So my parents-in-law decided to give it to my husband and my husband can send it here in Philippines. I was so happy to hear that my nieces and nephew will get something for free again. Of course receiving a presents is something fun especially for the kids. And giving something to your family not necessarily that there's a special occasion, but could be a surprise present for them even without any occasions at all.

Anyway, I asked my husband what are the things inside the box and he narrated to me that there some toys, a nice kids nap mats, few pairs of slippers, personalized toddler backpacks and a simple shirt with Embroidery Dallas.

I was chatted with my friend a few days ago and I can feel her excitement. She told me that she is going back to the country three weeks from now. It has been 10 years ago since she visited Philippines, so now she is excited to come back home and see her family. She told me that her family here in Philippines is already excited to see her in real. They mostly chat each other through yahoo messenger, but seeing each other in real is better. She has some plans already on what to do during her visit, she wants to explore the city and do some adventure activity such as water rafting, zipline and many more. She also want to stay in one of the hotels here in the city that has a beautiful garden. Those garden that was take care by the dallas lawn care. Her visit here in the country might also be the time that I can meet her again in real. So I'm also excited.

At this moment, she is busy buying some presents to her family and relatives. In fact, she showed me some presents that she bought for her little nephews and nieces. It's a beautiful personalized tote bags and kids backpacks. I find it so cute when I saw it in the webcam. I'm pretty sure that kids will love to have those bags.

As I posted here before about my blog with my own domain was gone. I was thinking that maybe I just transfer my domain to another wordpress blog that I will open. I'm not sure if its possible, but that's the first option I have in my mind right now. If it takes few days that my blog doesn't function, then I guess I pursue that plan. For now, I'm confused, I don't know what I should do, every minute I keep checking my site and hoping there's a miracle that will happen. High school reunion

A week ago, we had our high school reunion at the beach. Although not everyone was present, but still I got the chance to see some of my high school classmates. Time fly so fast, isn't it? Still I can remember those high school moments we had, still innocent, but life change as you grow. Every one of us changed because when we grow, we became matured enough.

Our topic also change, it's not always nonsense topic anymore, but at this time it's some matured and formal. Like some of them discussed about some business, so those who don't have business, we just listened about it. One of my classmates was busy searching for a nice logo design, a logo design that is affordable for his budget. So he was hoping that maybe some of us know someone who can create a nice logo, but sad to say no one. But we promise to contact him if we found someone, of course what are friends for *wink*.

I'm so upset that my other blog with its own domain was gone. It was a Wordpress blog that I let it host to mommy rubz and of course it has its own domain. I just change the theme and I was surprised after I activate the theme because my blog doesn't function anymore. I only see this text: "syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/mcnu/public_html/variouspost.info/wp-content/themes/Cute_Outfits/functions.php on line 364". I don't know what's wrong with it; I'm so clueless at all because it's my first time that I encountered this kind of problem. I don't know if I can still rescue my blog, as of now I can't open my blog and even can't sign in anymore. I just created my blog last month and the domain is newly purchase by me. I hope I can figure it out.

He is excited

My little nephew is very excited to go to school. His parents told him that this school opening; they will enroll him at the pre-school. He felt so ecstasy when he knew it and can't wait anymore. Every time they visit us at home, his main topic was about his upcoming school. He talked us that when he goes to school, he gains some friends and classmates. That he needs to obey his teacher or else it gets mad on him. It just funny to hear it from him, but it shows us how excited he is. He often told us that he needs to practice on how to write his name and how to read the ABC alphabet. The parents are obviously excited too, the school will start two months from now, but they are busy preparing his needs in going to school. In fact, they bought already things that he can use in school such as nap mats, Stephen Joseph quilted toddler backpacks and a cute lunch tote.

A few weeks ago I was in my friend's house; she invited me for their village feast. Actually it's not just me alone that she invited, but with other friends too. We were their early in the morning and back home in the afternoon. Their house is far from the city, so it consumed an hour of travelling time. Well, were many in the bus so we don't feel tired or bored, besides travelling time was not so long. The advantage if your travelling with a group was its fun, many people to talk with and you never notice that you reach the place already.

Anyway, it's our first time to be in their place, so were curious how it looked. The environment was nice, it's all fresh if I compared in the city which has many polluted air. And were glad that her family was very friendly, they really entertained us. I was fascinated the floor of their house because it looks so neat. I asked my friend what's the name of the wooden thing they use in their floor, so I got to know it from her that it's called a Hardwood Floor. She told that they have that for long already and still it looks nice. They don't plan to change their floor until this hardwood floor doesn't break. Makes me think that having this kind of floor, you really cane save rather than keep using a floor mat. Floor mat is not durable enough compared to this hardwood floor.

Birthday present to my nephew

My nephew will be celebrating his 4th birthday next month. One of his wishes is to have nice backpacks that he can use in going to school. Yup! He is going to school already. My sister will enroll him as a kindergarten and he was excited already. It's so funny because last weekend they were here at home and he had a big mouth about his upcoming school. He named some neighbor kids of them and said that it's his classmate when he goes to school. We just laugh about it because all day his topic was just about school. We can feel his excitement already, though school days will begin in a few months, but seems he wants to go to school already next week, haaa.

Hearing all his story makes me laugh. So funny that at the age, he already wants to go to school, while some other kids, just want to stay home and play. Well, his birthday is coming already; I decide to buy him kids backpacks. It's one of his ultimate wish for his birthday. I'm sure it's going to be a useful back for him because he is going to school soon. Additional for my present to him is the personalized duffle bags, this is useful bag that he can use when he is at school.

Anyway, after hearing all the story of my cute nephew, I get in my room to check my email. I got a nice email from my classmate who just moved to their house five months ago. She told me that their garden was made by the Dallas lawn maintenance, haa good that she mentioned it in her message, or else I thought that they did it all the hard work to make it beautiful.

My new camera mini stand

Upon walking in the mall today, I came across this mini stand for my camera. Actually, I have a stand like this with a different color, but it's not so strong enough to hold my camera if I use it. It happened already when I set my camera on a timer and I used my old stand, then it fell on the floor because the stand was getting weak. I'm not happy anymore to use it because I'm afraid that maybe if I use it again, then there's a possibility that my camera would fall again. So before my camera break, I decide not to use that old mini stand. But today, I saw it at the mall and without any doubt, directly I bought it. I just test it here now and it's strong enough to hold my camera. So now I can throw the old one and enjoy my new camera stand. I like this stand because it's small and very handy to carry everywhere.

One of the presents that I brought home was the soft toys. I got some of the soft toys from my mother-in-law. It's not a brand new, but it looks new. So instead she gave it away, she prefers to give it to me, then I can give it to my nieces or nephews. However, some of it I bought it because I know it's not just those little kids like it, but my sister as well. SO the time that I was still in NL, I let them guess the presents that they got from me. I describe it to them that it's something they like, it's huggable and it's so smooth and soft. Well, one of the family members did a correct guess, but I pretend no one got the correct answer haa. I want to surprise them when I arrive home. Aside from that, I want them to be curious about the thing that I describe *wink*.

Anyway, when I'm back home, I gave those stuff toys as one of their presents. Luckily they like it, so they were happy to have it.

My in-laws know that that hubby and I don't drink wine at all. Though sometimes, my bro-in-law tried to let me taste some of the wine that they drink, but I don't know, I don't really enjoy the taste haaa.

Anyway, last December, hubby came home with a big box of Christmas presents. He got that presents from his work. It's such a big box that he had a hard time carrying it. When I saw the box, directly I'm so curious, wondering what's inside of it. And when I open it, I'm so happy because many nice foods/drinks and chocolates were there. I grab the nicest chocolate that I like, while the other stuff we save it. But things that we cannot save it because we don't drink it we gave it away. Hubby got a sparkling wine as part of his Christmas present. Since we don't drink those, we gave it to my parents-in-law and they were so happy. They said that they like the taste and planning to buy a new bottle in some other occasions.

One thing that kids enjoy during their birthday is having some kids parties. In this party, they can select the theme that they like such princesses, heroes, pirates and many more. They enjoy this kind of party because they truly get entertained by the things they see and things they did. They get all amaze on how the party goes. And of course they enjoy it so much because their family and friends are there to celebrate with them. The party organizer prepares an excitement games to entertain the kids. That is why when some kids experience joining this kind of party, it’s like they want to have a party like that too. It happened to my nephew who attended a birthday party for his friend. The party has a theme of heroes and my nephew was fascinated by it. When they came home, he directly said to his parents that when his birthday comes, he wants to have that kind of party too.

It's been so long that I haven't heard my classmate and just lately, I'm surprised to see her offline message. In her message, he said that she never got a chance to online for long due to her busy schedules. She has some work and at the same time being busy with her school commitments. And she will be glad if their vacation time at school will come, then she can take some rest. She also set a time that we chat, but it's hard to catch some time because we are living in a different time. So what we did is just sending an offline message here at yahoo messenger. She and her husband are planning to spend a nice vacation in some of the European country. Since she is living right now in UK, she is wondering about the budget that they need to spend if their vacation plan will happen. They found the hotel that they want to stay and estimated already the price from Pound to Euro. Last January, my bro-in-law got his driving license. He was so happy that finally he got it for just one take. Some people had a hard time getting their driving license because they failed in some other test like the theoretical driving test. But my bro-in-law passed it for once only. My husband got his driving license many years ago; he was 20 years old when he starts driving a car already. And guess what, he also passed the driving test for just take one. So I guess it runs in the family that they take the driving test just once *wink*.

Anyway, now that my bro-in-law had his driving license, it means that his next step is to buy a car for himself. And just a perfect timing because when I did some surfing through the net, I came across this BMW for Sale. It reminds me the last time that I asked my bro about the car that he likes. He mention to me that one of his best choice is the BMW, but he finds it too expensive for the price. Well, I saw this BMW for sale, so tonight I'm going to call him to inform about the sale. Hope he can find the one that he likes most.

Sunglasses

Unpleasant Incident happens sometimes that we never notice, just like my favorite sunglasses. I brought my sunglasses on my travel to NL a few months ago, upon checking it there, everything was still okay. Since I never used it there because the sun doesn't shine that bright so I left it in my suitcase. Actually it's in my hidden pocket of my suitcase. When I travel on the way to Philippines, I put so much stuff in my suitcase and I never notice anymore my sunglasses were there too. Gotcha! when I'm back home, I just remember my sunglasses and ohhh... it's all broken already. I was upset, but nothing I can do about it. So I guess it's time to buy brand new sunglasses. So far, I'm busy watching the designer sunglasses, it has many nice sunglasses and I'm confused which one I buy for myself. So I guess I need enough time to make a decision before buying it.

I’m with my group of friends yesterday and like always, we had a never ending talk. Is also used for acne present for many years that has not respond completely to antibiotic pills and creams.

Coincidence meeting

What a coincidence that I met along the road my high school friend. So instead I'm on the way back home, I end up in going with her at the fast food. She directly invited me to have some snacks together, then we can talk also for long. Talking on the road was not a good place because of the crowded and it's also raining a bit. We had long talked that we stayed for about two and half hour at the fast food. We never see each other for long, so we miss a lot. So that was the time that we update our lives and of course exchanging mobile numbers.

Anyway, one of the subjects that we tackle during our long conversation was about her upcoming vacation. She was very excited to spend a holiday in the other side of the world. So she is now busy preparing some stuff she needs to bring, haaa.. no wonder that she carried many shopping bags. On her upcoming holiday, she and her hubby will stay at the hotels in york. It's their first time to stay in that hotel, so they keep checking some online pictures and they get excited the way the hotel looks.

Spring season is getting closer already and again, my in-laws will spend one week holiday vacation at some park that they like. It's like a yearly routine already for my in-laws that they will spend a family vacation for at least twice a year. I sometimes got a chance to join them if I'm on a perfect timing that I visit NL. But sometimes I wasn't there, so I only saw some pictures of the park that they stay and some tourist spots they visit.

A week ago, I heard from hubby that the family started to plan already which park they are going to stay for a holiday vacation. They have few choices of park, but they end up in selecting this Finlake holiday park. My mom likes place because its close to some well-known tourist spots and it's their first time to be there as well. So they are curious at the same time excited to stay there. So if everything goes okay, then for sure they stay in this park. Anyway, I'm here in Philippines right now, so I don't know if I can join the vacation this time.

A friend of mine is going to Europe two months from now. She will be staying there for three months, then back home again after her holiday visit. It's her first time to visit there, so she's very excited to see the foreign country. I'm sure all of us will feels the same especially if it's our first time visit. Mix emotions, excited at the same time nervous. I know it because that's what I felt when I first visit the country of my husband.

Anyway, she heard so many things about the country which makes her feel ecstasy. In fact, she does a lot of research already to gather some information. At this moment, she is still busy with her tourist visa application. She almost has all the application she needs, but she doesn't know where to get a single trip holiday insurance. It came through her mind that I often travel to Europe, so she asks me if I could help her in this matter. She thought that getting the insurance is hard, but when I explain to her where and what to do, then it enlighten up her mind. So probably before end of this month, she can have her holiday insurance already.

Chicken noise is annoying

One of our neighbors here has many chickens and I find it very annoying especially when the chicken makes so much noise. Early in the morning, they make so much noise and it makes me feel like they are my alarm clock because it woke me up when they start making some noise. All those chickens make noise in chorus, like they are having a verse choir together. Sometimes hubby and I are talking on the phone and he mostly heard those chickens as my background, so annoying, isn't? I'm living in the city, but looks like I'm living in the farm because of the chicken noise.

Elegant hardwood floor

On my last stay in NL, my mom-in-law and I went to the hardware store. She was looking for new wallpaper with a nice design. She wants to change the old one she has because it doesn't look nice anymore. Besides she had that already for years, so I guess it's time for a change. It took us an hour to decide which one would fit on the house. She doesn't like dark color and too much design in wallpaper. All she wants is simple one that it looks neat and clean. After making a final decision about the wallpaper, we went to the area where we can see many kinds of hardwood floor. The mom of my mother-in-law was asking her a favor to search for nice hardwood floor. She is using a carpet in her house and she doesn't like that anymore. She sees my mom-in-law has hardwood floor for many years already and until this time, it still looks nice. So she decides to have that one too because it cost a lot that she keep changing a new carpet. Well, we saw a nice one, so the next day grandma directly bought it. Luckily my father-in-law knows how to Install hardwood floor, so no more hassle for her to search for someone to put it on her floor. So now, grandma is enjoying her hardwood floor. She said, it worth for her money *wink*.

Just a week ago, I was complaining that it's so cold, but now it's other way around. I complain now that it's so warm. I'm complaining about the cold last week because I was still in NL that time, it was wintertime. And now that I'm back in Philippines, it's warm like always. Well, not totally always because when it's rainy days, then we also feel a bit cold, but not as cold as I felt when I was in NL. I don't like much warm weather, that's why my mother-in-law sometimes said to me that I was born in a wrong country. I preferred living in a cold place like NL. In fact, when it's summertime there, I also started to dislike it because I find it too warm for me. At this moment, I'm still enjoying the sunny day, which I didn't felt when I was in NL. It's always cold during the time that I visited there.

Two years ago, we got a free photo book from the travel agency. Hubby got my plane ticket at the travel agency and for the first time he got something for free. He often buy tickets there like he is going to visit Philippines or I’m the one who visit NL. But only that time he got something free and it’s a photo book. We were given a link where we can upload and customize our own pictures for the photo book. I don’t remember anymore what link it was, all I know is we got something for free. They print our customize photo book and send it via post. The final result was very nice, hubby and I like it so much.

And just a month ago, while we’re watching our pictures together, it came through my mind the idea of buying a photo book. I open up to my husband and he likes my idea too. So maybe before this month end then we have a new photo book, well not free anymore this time.

Relaxing time

Monday is always an iron day for me. I help my mom-in-law in ironing our clothes and we do that once a week that is every Monday. Today we are done fast and now I'm just relaxing and do some blogging. My mom-in-law doesn't like to iron, that's the reason that I mostly did it. I don't like to wash, so luckily my mom-in-law is there to rescue me (LOL). Anyway, it's quiet and cozy here now, not much noise I heard from the outside so it's nice to relax and close my eyes. Well, hope I don't fall asleep here now, or else I have a problem tonight in going to bed. Every time I took a nap then at night I hardly can't sleep and it feels like I'm fully awake. So I end up in going to bed about 2 am or so.

Presents for my cute nephews

Last weekend my cute nephew visited in my parents' house. Therefore, I had a chance to see them and talked to them through yahoo messenger. Since I'm away for almost three months, so I miss them especially those little boys. Upon talking with them, my two nephews keep asking me if I can buy them a nice toy. They know that I'm going home soon, so they expect something a present from me.

At first, I was thinking that I give them a nice clothing, but suddenly I change my mind because obviously kids prefer toys. A toy that they can play with it. I know my other nephew who is now eight years old, he adore toy cars. While my other nephew who are turning four just prefer any toys. It came through my mind that it's nicer to give them an educational toy, isn't that a good idea? Aside that they enjoy playing, they also learn something.

Since next week is a busy week for me therefore, I have no time to shop at the store here. So I decide to shop via online store and I came across this orchard toys. I find it very interesting because it's exactly the toys that I'm looking for and it's on sale. So I guess I'm just on a perfect time to shop. I'm sure when my nephews get these presents, then they would be grateful from it.

Holiday pictures

Hubby and I decided to replace the old pictures we had in our frame. The pictures were during the vacation of my husband in the Philippines and that was four years ago. So I guess it's time to replace for the latest picture of us together. Upon watching all the pictures we save in our hard disk, I was surprised to see that we have so many pictures already. Luckily, all the folders had some label about the places we visit, the month and the year. Seems like every year we spent some Holiday Money because either hubby visit in the Philippines or me visit in Holland. It feels so nice that sometimes we spend some holiday, spending some time together or with the family. And when I'm in Holland, my in-laws mostly spent some time to have a family vacation. So sometimes it's a perfect timing of my visit because it's the time that the family had their vacation, so I can join them as well. Hubby and I just make sure that we have some extra money for our holiday.

I made that before when I was a kid and that's many years ago and I couldn't remember how to do that again. My stay in Holland

Holland is one of the countries that I like to visit or live in the future. Why? Because my hubby live in Holland and hopefully someday we can reunite each other and not just keep visiting for few months. At this moment, I'm now in my vacation in my husband's place and enjoying the winter season, which my country doesn't have. I came from a tropical country, therefore, we never have those spring season and winter season. It's my seventh times being here in Holland and still I love the place. I have been through many places in Holland and seen a lot of beautiful gardens, castles, palaces, churches, museums and many more. Holland is just a small country, but abundant of historic place to visit. The country is known for abundance of beautiful flowers such as tulips. Everywhere you see some dikes and can even take a boat tour on it. They are abundant also of cheese and windmills.

Mostly every year my in-laws spend some time to have a family vacation or holiday. In fact, it's already my third times that I join the family vacation and I really enjoy it so much. They mostly spend a nice vacation at the southern part of Holland, where there are many nice tourist spots to visit and a nice place to stay. Since we are living in the big city, we are longing to see the province area sometimes. So it's good that sometimes we went there for a couple of days and enjoying the quiet environment. So far, from the family vacation that I join, it's more on the southern part that I've visited. But I know sometimes they also went to the other part of Holland. Anyway, there are many holiday parks in Holland that you can visit. It's very interesting and fascinating place to visit here. For sure you would love to visit here again when you see it for the first time.

Remote control plane

During our visit at the black market here in NL. Hubby saw a lot of remote control planes. He was fascinated with it because of the design of the plane and the colorful lights. Upon watching the salesman that control the plane that fly. I started to like it too. It looks so easy when I watch it. And I'm already thinking ahead that this remove control plane is nice to bring during our vacation time especially on the big open field. My parents-in-law likes it too, so we both said to hubby that if he really likes it, then he buys it for himself.

Yes! Hubby bought a Nitro Remote Control Planes and directly play it inside the house. It's not nice to play outside because it's too cold. Luckily we have enough space that the plane can turn around, can travel left and right. However, when hubby start controlling it for the first time, he had a hard time. In fact, he often crashed the plane because he doesn't know yet how to manage. After few days of practice, finally he got it. And now, he is good already to control his plane. He has his plane for almost months already and still he likes it. Well, I'm bad with it, so I just watch when hubby start to play with it.

Spongebob made of colored paper

During Sinterklaas feast here in NL. My mom in law made this spongebob for me. It's made of cartoon box and colored paper, but it looks real. The normal present that I've got was inside in this spongebob. Therefore, I need to bring it to search for my normal presents. I feel pity that I had to break it, the spongebob looks so nice. My mom in law was very creative that she came up with a very nice presentation of spongebob.

Personalize stuff that I made

I was just scanning my wedding pictures and I saw the wedding invitation card that I personally made. It reminds me time that I was busy making the card just to make sure it looks presentable to everyone's eyes. And luckily I made it. I receive many possible comments from my family, friends and colleagues. It's my wedding day and I want to make my own personalize wedding invitation card according to my own designs. It's a lot of work, but honestly, it's worth it.

Another personalize thing that I made was way back 2007. We had our high school reunion at the beach with some of my classmates. We took a lot of pictures as our souvenir that we met each other. I select the pictures that everyone were present and made a photo calendars out of it. Everyone likes to have it especially those people that were there in the pictures. It looks cute and at the same time it's meaningful. Watching it reminds us the happy time that we spent on that day.

Replacing our old blind

Hubby and I are planning to replace our old blinds. We used our old blinds for few years already and I guess it's time to change because it doesn't look so nice anymore. And so today we do some shopping, looking for a new blind that we like. The hardware store that is close by at home doesn't have the blind that we like. Therefore, we need to search it to the other store, but sad to say that it's almost closing time of the store, so we never got a chance to look it. Well, we still have enough time to look for it and hopefully in that time we can find the blind that we like. It's too hassle without any blinds in our window because of the reflection from the sun. When the sun shines so bright, then it's too hassle because it bothered us to watch the TV. It's too bright that we cannot see it clearly the TV. And when we have this blind thing, then we can adjust to the way we want and aside from that, it adds beauty to our house.

Yesterday, me and my mom-in-law went to grandma's house to put her Christmas tree. She has an artificial tree that she used it already for few years. And so we help her in decorating her house. We put up her Christmas tree, put some lights and some Christmas decorations. Well, were done fast because grandma don't have much Christmas decor because she wants simple stuff in her house. After helping her, we got free snacks from her as our reward, LOL. Thanks for the snack grandma.

A friend of mine invited me to visit her house for a simple celebration for her upcoming birthday. We talked on the phone a few days ago and she shared to me about her plans for her birthday. Since they have a nice garden outside, she wanted to have a BBQ party there or even just a venue for the celebration. However, her problem is the weather. It's autumn season now, therefore it's too hassle to stay outside in this cold weather. She came up with an idea that maybe it's nice if she has a patio heaters. It's an appliance for generating radiant hear for outdoor use. Probably if she has this, then it's very useful for her upcoming birthday celebration. Probably her plan to stay at the garden will be all okay. Well, I never hear her for a couple of days, so I just see if there some changes for her birthday party.

The year end is almost approaching and we are now looking forward to a new year that will come. Do you have some plans already for the next year, about where to spend a nice holiday? Apparently, hubby and I were discussing that already even though the target holiday was still far. We just gathered some information in every place that we choose and we just see which one of them will be our destination. And just recently, we came across an amusing travel site that offer a self catering holiday cottages. Hubby and I find it very interesting. The places that you can visit was also great. We have never been there, but we heard many positive feedback's that there are many nice tourist spots to see there. For sure it will be lots of fun to be there because not just the tourist spots that you will enjoy to see, but also the place where you stay.

I dont feel like going out

I don't feel like going out this past few days because of my new PC game called SIMS 3. The Sims is a strategic life-simulation computer game where you can create your own puppet and control it for his/her basic needs and another fun activities that you want to do in the game. I'm now interested for this game because of the latest expansion they had. I used to play Sims 1 and 2, but now Sims 3 is also available, so I'm into that game again. It's fun, at least for me because I enjoy dressing up my puppet. SO I guess that's one that I like most in the game. Enjoying all the lovely dresses that I can wear for my puppet. And because of this PC game, I don't feel like going out in the house anymore because I just want to keep playing my Sims haaa... I'm addicted to it already. Well, we just see how long I can sustain my excitement in this game.

It's been so long already that I did not visit the province of my father's side. I'm just surprise to see some pictures of my cousins that they are grown up now. The last time I saw one of my close cousin, he was still so young and slender body. And now, wow! Already big muscle man. Time fly so fast that it changes that fast. Although I never got a chance to see him in person, but with our high technology, we can keep in touch our loved ones, family, friends, classmates that live far from us. Since my cousin and I didn't see each other for long, so we had a very long chat, updating each other's life. And I got the chance to know his recent job that his is DJ in one of the FM station. He told me that sometimes if there some feast in the province, then he is one of the DJ for the disco and he used a djm 400 cdj 400 k as his instrument. I google that thing, then I can see how it look and wow, it's cool.

Well, they don't know how I made it so for them they find it too difficult. It was a long time ago that I made this roses flower and luckily I can still remember on how to make it again. Wooden blinds

Most of the time I keep complaining to my husband that it’s time to replace our old wooden blinds. Due to busy schedules of my husband, he has no time to look for a new wooden blinds that would replace our old one. I keep complaining it because it bothers me every morning. Every time I woke up in the morning, the sunlight goes through my face because our wooden blinds is broken. There some parts that has some holes and sunlight goes through. It doesn’t bother much to my husband because he leave early when he go to work, while me I still want to stay longer in bed but I can’t. So I find my own ways that I can replace our old wooden blinds. I have been through some hardware store in the city but I cannot find the blinds that has the same size of our window. They told me that it’s out of stocks. Well, I cannot wait for their new stocks, I don’t know when they have it. So I decide to look through the internet and luckily I find it directly. Finally the snow melts

The weather today is above zero degrees already, therefore, it’s getting higher if I compared to the previous temperature that we had here in NL. In the past few days, weather here was below zero degrees and it’s start to snow. The snow doesn’t melt that time because the temperature was still low. Luckily this day, it’s getting higher and the snow starts to melt.

When I woke up this morning, the snow at the back of the house was almost vanish. Therefore, it’s now safe to walk on my normal boots again. My in-laws always inform me not to wear my normal boots if there some wet snow because they are afraid that I get slide. It’s so sweet that they are very concern to me *wink*, so for few days I kept wearing my sneakers. Now that snows are gone, tomorrow I can use my boots again.
